Block your weekend to witness an enthralling international ribbon dance performance by the talented Russian artist Anna Titarcius on 29th and 30th July from 6:30 pm onwards at Phoenix Marketcity Pune. Ribbon dancing is a style of dance done while moving a long, thick satin ribbon on a stick to the beat of the song. Having many gymnastic elements, the act is fun to watch for audiences of all ages. Audience can also participate and learn a few moves from the artist.
Though it is based on ancient Chinese choreography, people from all over the world do ribbon dancing now in many styles.
