Nexus Westend Mall Presents ‘Fall in Love with Fitness’ – A Celebration of Love, Health, and Teamwork

Nexus Westend Mall is set to redefine the way we celebrate love with its unique fitness initiative, Fall in Love with Fitness, bringing together fun, health, and togetherness. As part of this campaign, the mall will host an interactive cycling experience called Love Cycle from February 14th to 23rd, followed by an exhilarating Zumbathon, Fitness Talk, and an engaging fitness session with Exersize Fitness Club on February 15^th & 16^th, 2025.

The Love Cycle is an engaging activity designed to symbolize the power of love and teamwork. Couples or friends will pedal together to illuminate a heart-shaped light display—the brighter the glow, the stronger the bond, reinforcing the message that fitness and love go hand in hand. Each session will last a maximum of five minutes, creating a joyful and memorable experience for participants.

On February 15th, fitness enthusiasts can join the high-energy Zumbathon at 6:00 PM, led by expert instructors from Fusion Fitness. Additionally, Mr. Prashaant Mhaske, MD of UDNF, will share insights on the importance of health and fitness during an Expert Talk.

Additionally, on February 16^th, the event continues with an exciting session—“I am going to EXERSIZE” and not Gym—led by Deepak Rao, MD of Exersize Fitness Club. He will engage the audience in interactive fitness activities while providing customized and holistic workout plans. Attendees will receive expert guidance on machine weight training, free weight training, bodyweight training, group workouts, and cardio exercises, catering to all age groups.
